This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from HARD YARDS through our website, hard-yards.com.au.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is:
Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In resaleable condition
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because HARD YARDS products are personal care and hygiene products, we cannot accept change of mind returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with, unless the product is fault yor otherwise covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at admin\@hard-yards.com.au as soon as possible with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant•

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Where a return is required because of our error or a product fault, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Subscription Orders
If you are subscribed to a recurring HARD YARDS order, you are responsible for managing your subscription before your next billing date.
Once a subscription order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or refund it for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
Sale Items and Promotional Offers
Sale items and promotional items are covered by Australian Consumer Law.
We do not offer change of mind refunds on sale or promotional items unless required by law.

Do not send products back without contacting us first, as this may delay your return being processed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
